QUICK CHECKOUT METHOD: Please print this form and bring it with you already filled out (health insurance, doctor, emergency contact etc.) to packet pick up to save time and avoid the line. Packet pick up is at Las Vegas Cyclery from 1-7pm the day before the race. Address: 10575 Discovery Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89135. Bring your child for body marking and $2 for a parking pass. *If you can’t make it on Friday, we will have very limited time for DAY OF packet pick up on Saturday, for a $20 fee.
