Refund & Exchange Policy

All race registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that the race is cancelled due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, all entry fees will be used to cover race related expenses and any remaining funds will be donated to Save Red Rock.

A registered participant may change their race category up to one week before the scheduled race. If the new race category’s current registration fee is greater than the amount already paid for the existing race category registration, then the difference owed must be paid at time of category change. No refunds for a change to a race category registration fee less than the amount already paid.

Changes to ordered shirt sizes may be made until 3 weeks before the scheduled race day. Email info@diamondkid.com to make a request. On Friday/Saturday of race weekend, unused shirts may be exchanged for a different size, supplies limited.
